Quality of Testers / Hiring Process
Here at Testology Ltd, we have strict interview and hiring processes which ensure the high quality demanded from all of our testers. We employ a two tier interview procedure which includes an initial meeting with directed questions to ascertain personal qualities, followed by a rigorous practical examination. Once accepted as a contractor, the successful applicants undergo an extensive training program covering all aspects of the job role. We have conducted over 2000 interviews since our formation with a less than 10% acceptance rate, a testament to the standard we require.

Communication
We strive to ensure that our client’s are constantly updated with progress and news. Daily reports provide outlines of the day’s proceedings and also highlight any key areas that we feel have particular significance. When we work within development teams our focus on communication is unmistakable.
